At Tennessee Elite Academy, our mission is to develop a next-level mentality in our youth. From elementary school through middle school, high school, college, and beyond, we are committed to teaching the skills athletes need to succeed not only in competition, but in life.
Our vision is to shift the focus from comparison to personal growth. We believe true, unlimited growth comes from within, from a genuine desire to become the best version of oneself. Through self-discipline, intentional effort, and a commitment to learning, athletes develop the habits of hard work, perseverance, and resilience that lead to long-term success.
We reject the “win at all costs” mindset. Instead, we aim to teach, coach, and model values that build athletes of character, leaders who make a positive impact on their teams, in their sports, and throughout their communities.

Play Smart: we teach our youth that understanding and knowledge are precursors to achievement.
Play Hard: we build on knowledge with the understanding that knowledge itself is not enough, maximum efforts and self-discipline are essential to success.
